# tunnr-mullvad — house rules
Inherits `/home/rickard/git/CLAUDE.md`. This repo is PUBLIC on Codeberg and is linked by
a company's appliance, so two things are absolute:
* **LAW −1**: no AI attribution of any kind in any commit, tag or release. Author
`rickard@ignalina.dk`.
* **No copyleft of any strength enters this crate or its dependency tree** — permissive
only (MIT / Apache-2.0 / BSD / ISC / Zlib / 0BSD). Mullvad's own client is GPL-3.0 and
nothing is taken from it: their interface to us is a REST relay list and an ordinary
WireGuard peer. `THIRD-PARTY.md` lists every borrowed line; an empty section is a claim.
**One writer.** This crate is where Mullvad's numbers live (resolver range, port ranges,
gateway, registration shapes). If a Mullvad number is spelled in tunnr or anywhere else,
that is the defect, not this file.
LAW 2 here means the wire: the relay-list test hits `api.mullvad.net` and FAILS when it
cannot; nothing named `shape_only_*` claims to have reached a real endpoint.
